Purpose
Support the implementation of the Manufacturing process as part of the Probe implementation
Accountabilities
· Have a detailed understanding of the Probe model for Manufacturing. To present the Probe model to Business units taking on the Probe model and to ensure that Probe implementations adhere to the Global model.
· Liaison with the Business Process Support Team to keep up to date with changes in the process model
· Development of the Probe technical solution for Manufacturing to meet any new requirements
· To lead the testing of the Probe solution, resolving any errors, to ensure an error free implementation
· To provide process knowledge to support the data preparation and training activities relating to Manufacturing
· Integration of the Manufacturing process and technical solution with the other Probe processes
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
· Experience of implementing Manufacturing processes
· Experience of large FMCG businesses.
· 2+ years SAP Manufacturing experience - Configuration of WM*IM
· Handling Unit Management
· Experience of large project implementations
· Good presentation skills and the ability to liaise at different levels of the business
· Analytical skills to understand business requirements
· Sound communication & influencing skills to demonstrate understanding of business requirements but also challenge changes to Probe model.
Preferred
· SAP - PP*PP-PI
· Working in large teams and with matrix management.
